Cancellation Policy

To book and hold an appointment, we require a valid credit card. We require 50% deposit of the total treatment cost which will be made after you book your appointment and checkout. The remainder of the treatment cost will be charge after your service, at which time, you will have the option to pay using the same credit card or choose an alternative payment method, including gift certificates. If you received a gift card please call us to book an appointment. We require 24 hours to reschedule an appointment, there is no charge for rescheduling. You can not reschedule twice in one month, otherwise it will be charged as a cancelation. We require 48 hours notice to cancel a reservation and to avoid full treatment cost. Please carefully review the date and time (including if it is AM or PM) of your appointments before reserving, we can not waive the cancellation fee for incorrect booking details.
